The room was super nice and neat. It met my expectations.
I found a black stain on my pillow, which i considered unacceptable. also, the hotel did not provide toothbrushes unless requested at check-in. This felt inconvenient. finally, the noise from the railway was noticeable at night.

the onsen and hot stone bath are superb. the massage treatment was very relaxing. a keiseki diner at the japanese restaurant was nice.
the design of the blind does not provide full blackout so I must use my eye mask.

The hotel's location is convenient. It is a short walk from the main train station! i found it easy to access transportation. the room had an ipad to control lights and curtains.
the concierge staff seemed rigid and struggled with providing tailored recommendations. i felt they could not think outside the box. this limitation impacted my ability to explore local dining options.

The fitness center features modern equipment. I noticed a selection of treadmills and stationary bikes. luggage transfer services are available via yamato transport. the hotel features interesting art installations in the reception area and a light show on the stairs.

the king room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom provided a rainfall shower with strong water pressure. i found jinbei robes and slippers supplied. a coffee machine and a mini bar were also available.

the breakfast buffet has both western and japanese options! freshly squeezed orange juice was a highlight. the hotel restaurants offer varied cuisines though menu choices are somewhat limited. the service was efficient.
